Organizing a paddling event and would like to have insurance coverage?  Competing in a race where you need insurance?  Being a member of the MCA provides you with the ability to get USCA insurance for your event.

Use the Forum to buy, sell, trade, builder supplies, job openings, equipment. Forums and discussion boards are available to members.

Connect with the Building Director, Mary, builder1@mncanoe.org. Many MCA members are experienced boat builders.

In addition, members receive discounts on boat building plans.

The publication of the Minnesota Paddler newsletter transitioned to “on-line” only in 2014. Now,  at year 2020, the newsletter eventually became redundant. Our website, mncanoe.org serves as our base. On Facebook, The Minnesota Canoe Association advertises upcoming events and features of interest locally and nationally. See Archives.

The Hut! was the first publication of the MCA. The Minnesota Paddler newsletter started at the time of "desk-top publishing". Both  print publications contained unique regional information, uncluttered with ads. Both included trip reports, editorial content, updates from the club president, board meeting minutes, treasurer reports. Our website at mncanoe.org holds the administrative information for members in the Documents section.
