Minnesota Paddling Championships in Bemidji are to be held Sept. 7th and 8th, 2024. On Saturday the pro tandem and standard tandem canoe and kayak races will take place. The pro race will have two categories, men and women‘s. Registration will be at the race location, (3210 County Rd 19, Bemidji, MN) on Saturday at 12:00 PM. Race start 1:00. Park on the side of the road. Race about 1.5 hours in length for pro, 45 minutes for standard. Following the tandem race a C1 race will take place at 3:30 pm on Saturday. Race length of about 45 minutes. Divisions include Pro/Standard/Kayak/Paddleboard all in both Men and Women‘s categories. Awards on site afterwards. Sunday’s tandem mixed race on the 8th will will be standard and pro categories. Registration will begin at 9:30 AM, race start 10:30. Race about 1 hour 30 minutes for pro, 45 Minutes for standard $ 40.00 tandem, $ 20.00 solo. $ 20 tandem and $ 10 solo for youth and juniors.
